60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply reach out and our team will take care of everything.
We do not require you to return the product. Because Pathroot Co is a supplement, opened products cannot be resold or reused — so we handle everything through a straightforward refund process instead.

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@pathrootco.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests submitted after 60 days of delivery are not eligible. Orders marked as final sale or purchased with clearance pricing are also non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes applied to their order. These costs are non-refundable.
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
